upping the mileage

So I have been running five miles, four days a week. And it is fun, so today I decided to do six miles, and that was fun too. The only problem is that the treadmill at the gym does an automatic cool down so I had to restart it for my last mile. Anyway, it's fun. And I'm feeeelin' good (reference to Nina Simone song on me playlist).

Cool! That's a lot of running! How long does it take you? How did you start running? Obviously you have to start somewhere. I am not a runner. I am more of a trotter. Any tips?
