I am currently eating my homemade vegetarian chili and pondering binomial swinginclature. Sometimes at a swing venue I do not dance every song. You may wonder what I do when I do not dance. For example, if there is a dancer who thinks he/she is the best thing ever, but is really only okay at dancing, they would be considered a "rock star-semi-rock star." If there was a dancer who doesn't think they are very good, but they actually are amazing, they are a "non-rock star-rock star." This classification is always subject to change of course.
Okay that's enough swinginclature. Thursday I had a lovely symphony practice, and Friday I had a concert, which went well. Dave took his last CPA exam Friday, and I am glad that is probably over (we don't know if he passed). Saturday we went to the art car show downtown and it was a lot of fun. We saw some pretty wild cars. I wish I had pictures.
Monday I got a lot done, including continuing my hunt for a job. Today the game plan is much the same. I ran 5 miles this morning. Next up: practicing flute, working on Sunday school lesson, making a menu for the rest of the week and getting the food for the menu, looking for jobs, reading John Robbins' Food Revolution, and volunteering at an interfaith second-hand store.
Surprisingly I am unemployed but I am definitely occupied. But for the next few weeks if I post my daily comings and goings, it will look like the same thing every day. Therefore, I will dedicate my next few posts to the requested "Basic nutrition for dummies." and "Western vs. Eastern medicine" among other things.
