Today I gave my two presentations, and the employees said I did a good job. For the hand washing presentation, I presented the "wrong way to wash your hands" then asked what I did wrong. It was funny because the employees were totally grossed out when I dried my hands on my lab coat instead of with paper towels, then I touched my hair. They were groaning and yelling out: "wash your hands again!!!"

I was pretty sick yesterday, vomiting and such, in bed all day, but fortunately I was well enough to work today. Nope, I'm not pregnant...just food poisoning. I get to teach two cake decorating enrichment classes in October. I am excited--a lot of people are really interested, and I think it will be fun. I am going to demo a cool Halloween cake in the first class, plus the basic cake decorating techniques, then I will teach more advanced stuff in the second class and have the participants decorate their own cakes.
